IYC run an awesome summer camp with 18 young people, leaders and staff went to Lake Dewar Lodge for a 2 day camp filled with fun activities such as Flying fox, canoeing/kayaking and leadership tunnelling activity.
Young people gave rave reviews about the camp experience. Here are some of their comments:
“I definitely loved the activities. The fellowship with the cops and the crew”…. “The best things were the activities and just building team skills and getting along with each other”…
“The first lot of activities on day one were a lot of fun and good teamwork. I had lots of laughs and met some lovely participants”.
The main recommendation to improve the camp was that the young people wanted a longer camp because they had heaps of fun.
